Well, the show ended up happening, and a good time was had by all, even though I didn't manage to catch up with Catherine.

more details tomorrow, but after riding the cyclone, standing out in the sun, dancing to the donnas, and enjoying a gyro and funnel cake on the boardwalk, I was so tired that Beyza's suggestion to leave was ever much too tempting to resist. So I came home, and fell asleep on the couch. Now I'm going to sleep. Unfortunately had to bail on antheia and Miranda and leopard_lady, but had no choice.
