(no subject)
My parents and I decided during breakfast that we're going to skip the beach today. After all the time there in the sun yesterday and Monday, we needed a break. (I know, I know. Poor us, right?) So I'll be heading out to Costco in a little bit with them, and at the moment I'm getting my fill of the internets. The last two nights I've been basically unable to use them, due to problems connecting in the evening (the service can be wonky out here), so I'm a little ::twitch:: deprived.
Other than being halfway gone through The Subtle Knife and really enjoying it, the past two days have been really without excitement of any kind. (Well, other than Melky's walk-off HR in the 11th inning last night, but I digress). I've spent most of my time under water, or thinking about how I need to go back IN the water, as it's so frigging hot out. I'm taking today to relax and dry out a bit, as I'm a tad beached out.
