I thought her range was decent enough for Effie, particularly in the early scenes, but a little bit more inner life might have helped in the later ones. Still, I think she did a credible job, especially when singing, to bridge the gap there. I also have to scratch my head over some of the outfits they put her in during the 1970s scenes - those MuuMuus? EEEK!

I definitely want the dvd.
