With the windchill it was -20 here yesterday, and Roscoe STILL wanted to go for a walk. I had on so many layers of clothes, it was ridiculous. I still couldn't feel my feet despite warm socks!!! It was crazy.

I cannot believe it is March and almost your birthday!!!! I wish I could be there to celebrate with you.
