I was going to make a sort of health/body/whatever related post today and never got to it. Funny how a number of people I know have recently been saying the same things lately.

But I wanted to say that I thought this took a lot of strength to write, because putting that kind of thing out there isn't easy. And also, that I like you, and think you are from all I've seen, heard and read, a good friend and a terrific human. :)
