Ugh, I'm sorry about the hairdresser. I know what that's like. There have been maybe two times that I've gotten haircuts that I really was happy with but the rest of the time it seems like I'm spinning my wheels. Fortunately it will grow back. :)

I'm glad you're starting to identify the reasons you feel the way that you do. It's true that so much about how we view ourselves comes from the way we grow up. Just hang in there! :)
