There have been maybe two times that I've gotten haircuts that I really was happy with but the rest of the time it seems like I'm spinning my wheels.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I am actually considering assembling a look book for potential stylists. Half of the pages will be styles I like, the other half will be shag haircuts covered with big red "NO" symbols. They always try to give me a shag. It makes me stabby. This latest time I looked like Carol Brady until I pitched a fit and made her do something about it.
