I have been getting up and going jogging. I NEVER want to, but I MAKE myself do it. I get comments that I look great so it must be doing something! :) It is hard to find the motivation to do such things but I manage to just talk myself into it as much as there is a part of me throwing a "I DON'T WANNA!" tantrum like a two-year old.
