One Of Those Days...

My hair is a wreck. My clothes look weird (trust me). My makeup has gone on strike. I've been getting bombarded with THE weirdest assignments known to God or Man. Not to mention the fact that I am completely exhausted, after not having the deepest night of sleep. Probably fuzzy headed for the same reason. Geez louise. Just increibly out of sorts. And it's supposed to SNOW tomorrow. [When the Guster show is. Figures.]

Oh, and they're moving Angel into Birds of Prey's spot (wed @9), due to the latter's cancellation. Here was the genius running the WB's assessment of what happened (from Zap2it):

WB Entertainment president Jordan Levin says The problem was that they failed to find a "strong writing showrunner" who worked well with creator Laeta Kalogridis, a feature-film writer ("Tomb Raider" ) making her first foray into television.

"We think we can attribute the erosion of 'Birds of Prey,' quite frankly, to a failure of execution," he says. "We think we had a very strong concept and just failed to execute it, and audiences abandoned the show as a result."
.

Excuse me, but does the word DUH mean anything to you? At least they're noticing stuff like this now.

Yeah, you thought they would have caught on to that BEFORE it bombed!! I got all excited when I heard they were doing that and I was grossly dissapointed. If they gave BoP as much attention and care as they did to Smallville, they'd be golden.

Yeah, really. I know of about 1,000 fanfic writers who could have done a better job than the so-called 'experts' they had working on the show. Sheesh.

It's a shame, because the cast (minus Dinah and the woefully miscast Harley Quinn) was excellent, and so were the production values. More's the pity, I suppose. :/
