offbalanceWhile on my lunch today, I was heading up 53rd street looking for my food cart of choice, when I almost walked into a short man with glasses and curly-ish brown hair, carrying a backpack and a duffel. Neither of us had been paying attention, and he just said, "Excuse me," and we went on our way.
He looked JUST like Elijah wood. But I thought, nahh...couldn't be.
anybody think it might have been?
