It feels like monday.

Riddle me this: If Contreras is off the DL and doing well, what the hell is Weaver still doing in the starting lineup? For the love of all that is holy, throw Weaver in as a middle reliever (or even a closer!) and GET CONTRERAS IN THERE!!! *fumes* I mean, really. Plus, Bernie is hurt, and I'm so very extremely upset about this. Still, I must keep reminding myself that it's not even June yet, and nothing really really starts to matter until after the All-star break, and all told, the record is still pretty good considering. I mean, it's not like we're 11 games out of first or anything. :P

/baseball rant.

I don't know if it's the humidity or a bug or what, but I felt pretty crummy this weekend. And still do today. But not the kind of crummy where you have an overwhelming need to sleep all day or are getting really ill. Just icky enough to feel bleh all the time.

Items of note: watched the Donnie Darko commentary for the first time yesterday, and I love Jake Gyllenhal even more now. *giggle* I even found a couple of easter eggs (with the help of an easter egg site). One was just a trailer that wasn't very exciting, but the other was a really funny deleted scene. :)

Other than that, summer hours begin today, so I started *working* at 8:45 and will be here until 5:30. yay. All worth it when I get out at 12:45 on Friday, I realize. :)

Tomorrow is The Play What I Wrote with my mom and quasisonic. whee!

Hope oatmilk has arrived/will arrive home safely.
