actually blew a literal fuse in the upstairs of my house last night, go team me.

And because quasisonic was online with quantumchick, nrrrdygirl and others, I didn't get to post my SATC reaction immediately. But it's below, behind a cut-tag for the stragglers.

must go and get to the mountain of work.

also: I can't take off thursday & friday as I had hoped. blah. I have training on the new shipping system (uber important) Thursday, and Friday is a halfer anyway, so there's no point in taking it off. :P blaaaah.

I also have to write a crossover for the sunday100. I have no idea what to write. Am considering an Angel/Sandman crossover, but not sure quite what to do. Hrm. My SATC/Buffy switcheroo might not fit into the 100-word limit, even if I do a multi-part set of drabbles. Decisions, decisions.

Because right now, as of this moment, I have in my hand the ORIGINAL author contract for The Secret Garden, by Francis Hodgson Burnett, dated 1910. Complete with her autograph.

Did you know it was originally titled Mistress Mary, Quite Contrary? Me either!

I am now experimenting with the new LJ format. So there are all-new colors here at offbalance.

I really like it. Especially since on my main page, I get to show off all my pretty pretty iconness. ^0^

The color scheme needs work, though...

oh, and on a completely unrelated note, I sorta forgot to mention that on Thursday, while walking to the train from work, going up 55th street, I saw (looking annoyed and in a rush but still gorgeous) CHRIS NOTH. Mr. Big.

Had he not looked so pissed/rushed (and I had the titanium balls that Miss lauralatham has) I might have said something. But instead, I chose to witness him in his natural habitat.
