My whole weekend

Firstly, A Very Happy Belated birthday to rikkarocks!! I wasn't online for most of the weekend. Had I been, I would have posted something sooner. Hope you had a great time! :)

Big Congratulations are in order for quodlibetic and her boyfriend Jeremy, who got engaged this weekend! Yayyy!!! /kermit

Big Congratulations are ALSO in order for suckeriove, who was just accepted early-decision (right?) to Smith College!! Wooohooo!! Yay Chloe!

Also: did someone with a 646 cell phone number try to leave me a voicemail yesterday? There was 20 seconds of dead air, and nothing else. I think it might have been Jeff, but I'm not sure, since he was supposed to be on a plane home from Vegas/Arizona. (or so reported).

Okay, it's FREEZING outside. I do NOT approve. Will someone please turn up the thermostat? Thanks!

(not only that, it's FRICKEN freezing out. Cold enough to make me rethink my position on turtlenecks. Until I see myself in one, that is.)

Also: fun fact - when you buy something with your debit card, then have to return it, you get CASH back. whee! I didn't know this!

Anywhosits, I have to start doing work things again. But I wanted to recap my weekend first, quickly:

And for the 3 of you that care, there is a bonus episode of Miss Match on tonight after Vegas (which I know you'll all be watching anyway). I'm hoping it gets great ratings, because that would be an ideal timeslot for me the show.

Lastly: I would like an icon of Gollum, looking ticked off, that says "IT BURNS US!!" or something similar. *bats eyelashes*

Whenever you want to finish an email explaining something to someone from work with : "And now I've gone crosseyed" you know you're in for it.
