Why? You didn't name her Kitty Pride, did you? And middle names can be very odd, because they're seldom seen. And her middle name is handy if she ever needs a stage name - it's built right in!
And I think Jonothan is a nice name, actually.
I have no problem with fandom names, as long as the child is considered when the name is chosen. I have the same problem with people who name their children Precious or Princess or Rainbow or Moonflower or whatever. Someday, that little baby is going to be an adult.
