I loved her in Velvet Goldmine! She's also one of the reasons I'm dying to see Little Miss Sunshine. I agree that I'd love to see her play fewer parts as "the dowdy one," but I get the feeling that she enjoys playing rich characters, whether they're glamorous or not. She was pretty glam in Connie and Carla and in The Hours, though.
