offbalanceLast night was crazy and fun.
The Earthtones party...let's see. After measure for Measure, Carly and I got there around 11:15, threw our coats in Jeff's room and attempted to make a circut around the place. It was clogged with all of these annoying people that no one knew or liked, but just sort of showed up. Lots of freshman barbie dolls with bleached hair, tarantula mascara and WHITE CAPRI PANTS. *sigh* But Jeff, Carly, Tim and I stood around talking for awhile, and Jeff asked me to be his 'date' for this Business Department luncheon.(not those exact words, but essentially) Carly's happy that I'm going, so she'll have someone to talk to while Tim is off speaking business speak. After that, I tried to get a beer and the party got more and more crowded with icky people. So after the senior Etones got their parting gifts, I got my coat and carly's coat and ran upstairs to find her. But in finding her I found the real party in the 3rd floor living room. She was there with Matt Moore, Harlan, her Tim, Earthtone Tim, Matt's cousin Pete, Dakotah and some other people I wasn't sure of, chilling out and having a much better time. So I hid in there with them, had a couple of drinks (Skyy Blue tastes like sprite!) and had a lot of fun. Jeff stumbled in about 2 VERY drunk, but managed to not embarrass himself..barely. Kept trying to get me to drink the raspberry vodka, despite the fact that I kept falling asleep from being drunk and tired. We all left after three.
I woke up this morning groggy and panicked about my writers & photographers project. So I think I'm going to spend today doing some writing and compiling for it. But now, to food. mmmm eggs...
