ditto. what scares me even more is that I know people like this, but without the 'what am I doing?' and they think that they're God's gift to brilliance. *sigh*
I realized that I was that bad when I started analyzing the shows we were watching and the specific shots as a reflection of social culture at the time. But I'm not that pretentious about it. it's people like the pretentious snots who talk constantly during the movies
...or the ones who don't allow themselves to have fun, because they're too busy deconstructing every word of everything everyone says to show off their superiority. People like that need to be stomped on, I've met a few, and they are SO obnoxious.
