offbalanceGoldeneye, the movie, is being watched in the living room.
M (played by Dame Judi Dench): I want you to go and find Goldeneye!
Me: But it's in Jamaica! Ian Flaming used to live there!
Laura: What?
Me: They got the name for the movie from the name of Ian Fleming's estate in Jamaica, where he lived and wrote the James Bond novels.
Laura: Ohh...cool!
Me: And you would laugh at me if I told you how I knew that.
Laura: Well, how?
Me: Bono went on his honeymoon there. Because Chris Blackwell, who started and used to own Island Records, U2's label until it was bought recently, used to own it. And may still.
Laura: wow...
Me: yeah. I'm scary.
Laura: Well, I'm okay with that just as long as you're not going through his garbage.
Me: How can I? He lives in Dublin.
Laura: And being a fan of someone is always much more fun when there are no restraining orders involved.
