it's really friday?
Apr. 25th, 2003 09:38 amBlah. I feel like a dishrag. Only not as active.
Last night I had the fantastic thrill of getting a calf cramp while watching CSI. I was just sitting on the couch, convinced that the bartender had done it, and -whammo-. Now, when I say calf cramp, it's not just a simple little twinge that annoys for a minute or two then goes away. I'm talking about the entire muscle going solid (almost like a fist, but in my calf) in the space of 10 seconds. Which hurts like a motherfucker, let me tell you. Blah. It's still a little sore. And I think I may have strained my neck in reacting to the pain in my leg. *sigh* go me. I'm still hobbling a little, but I'm hoping that will go away soon.
Am supposed to see Carly later, but as specific plans have yet to be ironed out, we'll see. I believe I'm meeting her at her office after work. Beyond that, I have no idea.
I gave my mom the tickets for Enchanted April last night, and she was extremely excited. :D So, now we just need to pick a spot for lunch beforehand, and she's mentioned that she'd like to try some Indian food. I really don't think we'll have time to go to E6th street, so I'm going to have to find a place in the theater district. Hopefully Chowhound will have some suggestions.
ack! work!
