iust lying on the beach and having fun..
Apr. 29th, 2003 10:39 amTonight is a new Buffy. After that, only 3 new shows remain.
waaaaa!
/wibble. It's for the best. I know this. But still.
Forgot to mention yesterday about the lovely brunch/shopping excursion I had with
nrrrdygirl on sunday. Much much fun. And Candela does have a nice brunch, and looks like an excellent location if you want to dine with a larger group. (and a small one is just dandy also).
Yesterday I got to have lunch with one of my co-workers, a (very nice!) guy named Glenn, who was an art major at UPenn, and still enjoys painting. He's also my age, which is neat. There's not many people my age (or near it) in my department, so I'm trying to make friends with as many assistants across the departments as I possibly can.
gah. work is so BORING, so I've been spamming
mcee other people's ljs like mad today. But! today is Free Cone Day at Ben & Jerry's!! I'm going to make sure to take a late lunch so that I can procure my cone with a minimal crowd in the way. (three cheers for the B&J in Rock Center!) ::Bounce::
And! Thursday is the YPG party! I'm actually excited. And not just at the promise of margaritas. Really. I swear!
Nothing else to add, really, except that I've started reading Ender's Shadow, and it's v.good.
( BATTLE!!! )
