Sunday Morning

Before anything else, I want to wish walkingblues a very very happy birthday. I know things are tough right now, but you're going to come through the other side of this as a wiser, stronger person, with even more to offer the world than you already do. Hang in there, and I hope it's a happy one today. :D

Everytime I use my computer, I'm reminded of how this stupid Celeron/Dorito processor isn't cutting it and I need to call Dell soon. Very soon. Note to self - in future, do not buy computers with processors that sound like vegetables. :p

And the Yankees. *sob* *sigh* I'm disappointed, sure. However, it's things like this that I love pointing out to people who bitch about how the Yankees 'always' win because of how much money they make. Um, duh. As much as I'd love for the Yankees to indeed win every game of the regular or post season, it doesn't always happen. *sigh* Still, as I said to suckeriove today, I'm going to buy and proudly wear my 2003 ALCS championship shirt proudly. Because in the end, we won the battle that mattered. Game 7 of that series was spectacular, and I wouldn't trade it (and Boone's home run) for any other memory. I'm sure that all 8 of the marlin's fans are elated and went out for a nice dinner to celebrate the victory.

All I can say is : Wait until Next year. Hold on to your starters - Steinbrenner is coming for them!!! muahahahaha!!

And as for the Yankees 'sucking'? *looks at 26 World Championships, and 39 Pennants*. Yeah. They're horrible. When another team wins its 27th title, then there can be trash talk about that.

Any thoughts as to whether Jeter's kryptonite is in the form of ugly turquoise uniforms? *ponders*

Yeah. So I'm off to do laundry and watch me some TV shows I've taped. yeah. :)
