Throw caution to the wind. You feel the mysterious lure of a big uncertainty factor. Once you come out the other side of this, events may be rearranged in a way that you'll like even better.

That's a really interesting horoscope to get before one leaves for vacation.

Kylie Minogue's new cd, Body Language, is required listening. Required. I think I may end up liking it better than Fever (difficult task though that may be) but only time will tell. And I have to stop leaving "Red Blooded Woman" on repeat, or else I'll get sick of it far too quickly. And forget about listening at work - I won't be able to get anything done.

I've been getting much done this morning, too. The copier is now fixed so I can set about making copies of things that have piled up, and there's the matter of some contracts that I need to get drafted. But I always feel much more accomplished after I get permission to lay the smack down on someone who's been raising my ire. Which I was given leave to do today. ::evil cackle::

Also, [livejournal.com profile] thatgirlinred? If [livejournal.com profile] quasisonic and I don't get concrete plans of some nature from you before 3:30, I'm assuming the evening is off (and I have extra time to not stress about packing).

I've been checking New Orleans weather reports, and weather.com has been reporting predicted temperatures ranging from the mid 50's to the high 60's. One day is supposed to hit 71. I do not even remember what this kind of weather feels like, and therefore have no idea what kinds of clothes to bring with me. (do I need more than a light jacket/sweater? what kind of shoes should I bring? HELP!)

Oh, and Angel was....interesting, to say the least. As per usual, please see [livejournal.com profile] hermionesviolin's excellent, in-depth post on the epsiode.
All I have to add is different varieties of fangirlish squeeing.

Damn I'm hungry.

There is no sublime pleasure greater (at this moment) than curried chicken salad for lunch.

Thanks, mom! :D

Mmmmmm. Curry does not belong in Kit Kats, though. I agree with [livejournal.com profile] servermonkey on that one.
