But someday the eagle has to land
Oct. 25th, 2006 05:43 pmReasons today was a good day:
1. When Boss L asked if I could do something, I was able to tell her, "well, that's basically done - let me just finish it off." Which was great.
2. Remember the funny conductor I had on the very croweded train back in September? Well, I made it to Overheard in New York! (I'm F Train Sloper).
3. I'm getting a new work computer tomorrow.
4. I bought a charger for my ipod at Radio Shack yesterday. It was an impulse buy, my battery was about to die and I thought at worst, I'd have a charger to keep at work. Upon further inspection, it appears that it's just an off-brand version of your standard ipod cable. Which means I'll be able to listen to my ipod at my desk. Hurrah!
5. I lost two more pounds! The grand total is now 9lbs lost. I have a bit more to go, but I'm very pleased with my progress thus far.

7. My hair is now dark brown again.
8. my Halloween costume looks awesome.
9. Two more days until the weekend
10. And I can write a dorky list in place of actual posting content.
