Yay for feeling better! You friend the neighborhood pharmacist says that while 90% is a great improvement from the -100% that you were feeling due to the plague please don't push yourself to the limit now that you're at 90%. Start low, go slow is one of my favorite mottos - not just in terms of dosing medication but also when mending and recovering :)
