Firstly, I must show off the fantastic icon that antheia made for me. Isn't it cool?

Today I was well enough to go to work, for better or worse. And I was made an offer I could hardly refuse. Paid overtime. Yes, it's extra work, but I'll be paid handsomely for it. And I could really use some extra cash. It'll make an already busy month a bit more hectic, but who cares? It'll be worth it.

Things have been interesting, and I have a busy weekend coming up, with it being teany & selftoken's wedding and all. And my very first trip to the Hamptons, ever. I have to remember - there are directions that need to be printed (Google Maps - double true!) as well as a copy of the poem I'll be reading. And I have to figure out what to pack. There will be my dress clothes, a change of regular clothes or two, and about ten pounds of toiletries and hair fixings and makeup.

Cough is getting better. I'm kind of tired. And that's basically it.
