So, did anyone else watch Gossip Girl last night?
My favorite crack show is still delivering the goods.
I loved how they made the beginning and end look like they were on old film stock. Almost as much as I loved Dan's frantic, neurotic imagination. Really? Those dream sequences were amazing. My particular favorite was the one where he watched Nate and Serena get it on and they gave him pointers along the way. So much.
Also? I hate Vanessa, and the addition of her feels beyond forced. This is not Dawnson's Creek, we did not need a Joey. kthx.
I would probably want to go to Victrola if it really existed, even though it would take about .25 seconds before that place was wall-to-wall suburban tramp bachelor parties.
With each passing week, I love Blair just a little bit more. She's so mean girl one minute, and so totally vulnerable the next. Ah, complexities. Her little bit of rebellious dancing at the end was awesome, and I completely loved the song she did it to - I just can't seem to find out what it's called or who its by. There is nothing on the site yet, which annoys me. If you know? Please comment!
