My cousin and future cousin-in-law both work(ed) for Lehman Brothers. They were both waiting out the weekend to see what happened. I haven't talked to either one of them today but I am assuming it's not good. What goes through my head is that my cousin and his wife just bought a house and now they are screwed.
I know nothing about finance either, and I live with people that do. SO all I get is the palpable feeling of dread whenever grandpa looks at his stocks. And I am so glad I work in a church.
