offbalanceApparently I'm getting a new computer next week at work. Wheeeee!
The nicest thing is that the guy who came to look at my old computer fixed my speakers, so now they actually WORK. And I'm currently grooving to the discotech station on Radio Vh1. *grooves*
Give me a break. I'm trying marshall up anything resembling energy and failing miserably. I don't know how it could be conceivable that I'm as tired as I am, but I am. I went to bed a little early last night, and still, no dice. I HATE being a person who needs so much sleep. I don't see how anyone would need more than 6 hours to feel rested, but apparently I do, and this puts a huge crimp in my plans. I hate sleep - it takes up far too much time I'd much prefer to spend on other things. I would absolutely love to be one of those people that can sleep for a short period of time and be energetic. I mean, my cellphone can recharge in under 3 hours, why the hell does it take ME so long? *grumble*
So in about half an hour or so I'm going to drag my sorry ass onto a train and go home. Then I have the most insane weekend known to man:

Saturday: dinner withblergeatkitty and teany, and then probably Amy's birthday party up in Washington Heights (her actual birthday is today! Happy birthday, sweetie!)
Sunday: Haircut in the morning (10:30 - ouch) and then bellydance class after that. I expect to fall over into a coma Sunday night.
And I don't even get two days off next week like

No, I'll be here. Probably putting more things into Docushare. This is my life now, it appears. We hateses this, we does.
(and Boss T was leaving, so he flipped me a peace sign, but he did it backwards. I don't think he's aware of what a backwards peace symbol means, at least I hope not...)
