offbalance*gasps for air* omg...just saw a clip show of 'Father Ted' on BBC America. Where has this show BEEN all of my life?
also: in a brief moment of bragging, I was allowed to leave work at 2pm today, but will recieve my usual day's pay. Wheee! Our phones were down, and I ran around like decapitated poultry to get them fixed but Worldcom was being a slow bastard. So my boss says, "I can't take not having a phone. I'm going to work from home. Send this package for me and then you can leave too." Whee! So I went to the Barney's wearhouse sale on 18th street (COMPLETE waste of my time. Seriously) and was making my annoyed way up 8th avenue when I ran into Catherine! Randomly! It was lovely. We went and had a drink in a little cafe and had a nice little catchup chat. I love it when stuff like that happens.
Now I am home, and looking forward to a relaxing weekend.
