It's over. The fucking Temp job from hell is no more!!! Whee!! We finished at 3 today, got paid until 5, then spent the remaining 2 hours in a bar a few blocks away. Whee.

Oh, I'm so relieved. Happy. Am sleeping tomorrow. Happy happy happy...

then I came home and mom made beef stew. So there was that, and fresh bread and red wine. :D

It was a good day.

My cooking buddies and I were wondering exactly how complex it is and what ingredients it takes to make a good tomato sauce. As you're related to the best expert I know, I figured I'd ask you to ask your mom. :-) Let me know?

Tomato sauce is SO easy. (as long as you have a blender!) So easy I don't know why people buy stuff like Ragu. I'm emailing you my mom's recipie. ;)
