all sorts of things

First of all, I'm in awe of
aprilmorning's latest posts. He has SUCH a way with words. oddly enough, I woke up feeling roughly the same way. My mom made me french toast, and that went a very long way towards improving my mood. The rest of it got a HUGE boost from Neverwhere (I am in love with Richard Mayhew, who some might insist to be a fictional character. HELP!). Our hero & companions have just gotten to Blackfriars, and he has to do his part of the task. Haven't read that chapter yet. Am.dying.to. If my boss isn't available to question soon, I may resort to sneaking it.
And the girl with the office close to mine (who works for the design department) has the most fantastic taste in music, and I told her so. She's really nice, and has a really cool first name (Gyda!) And from her office I've heard everything from Opera & Broadway showtunes to Kylie and Pink, with every detour possible in between. If only this were a real job, she and I would be on the way to becoming friends.
Looks like Josh & I may not be having dinner after all. Oh well.
Off to hassle the boss again.
Also,
lemurtanis, I completely concur with your assessment of last night's Buffy.
