Can somebody PLEASE explain to me what the fucking aliens want the children for? Are they pets? Snacks? Accessories? Is it ever explained, past the bit where we see that poor kid hooked up to the disgusting alien?

I know it's technically not the point, but I've watched the first 4 episodes (I was accidently spoiled for Ianto's death, which is not a bad thing, else I would have flung my laptop across the room), but the rest of this is so fucking maddening and aggravating and angering.

It's late, I have a long day tomorrow and I'm kind of hormonal, or I'd watch Part 5 right now. I'd personally like to hook a nuke up to the space shuttle and shove it up their mothership right now. Diplomacy my ass, I kind of want to destroy them. Even if it's just the one in the box, to be petty. Those bloodthirsty motherfuckers are pissing me off, and the RIGHTEOUS FANGIRL IS BESET....

PMS? Me. Nahh. Never heard of it. Nope. Not like I'm right on schedule for it and have it every month or anything....

Why do the want the kids? Why? This is bothering me so fucking much. Just, please, tell me if they ever explain it at all. Yes or no.
