it is October, right?
Oct. 30th, 2002 09:01 amFroze my ass off walking the block from the train to my building this morning. *shivers* It was also cold on the train - it took me 4 stops to notice I hadn't taken my gloves off yet.
Aside from the arctic temperature, the daylight savings is killing me. I kept dozing off during the repeat of Buffy last night (although re-watching it has led me to wonder about a few things that this season might bring). Despite going to bed at 11, I woke up at 6 feeling like I went to bed at 4:30. Blah. SO tired. And I got here at 8:40, despite a 5 minute wait between 42nd and 57th stret.
I am starting to wonder about Halloween. I was supposed to go out, but am now wondering about whether or not I have the constitution to stay out late, drink, and wear a short skirt in 30-degree weather. (That's right, kids! It's going down to the 30's tomorrow night!!) And it's an extra hour plus or so each way to get there & back. *sigh* we'll see.
now, to stop daydreaming about my warm bed...
