On hold with American Airlines right now. Waiting to talk to someone in more detail than the website or the phonebot allows.
Am not happy. At all. They couldn't have dealt with this a MONTH ago? Or, yanno, in any reasonable fashion?
Ugh. This sucks. It doesn't look like I'm going anywhere this weekend.

Date: 2008-04-10 02:39 pm (UTC)i mean...NOW all of the sudden its imperative that you ground ALL of your planes because some wires aren't housed properly. Seriously, the way they are reacting its like planes should have been dropping out of the sky this past year.
Hey...maybe you guys could have done this in a more logical manner. Perhaps find a way to systematically ground flights here and there until your entire fleet as been inspected.
Not to mention the loss of revenue to an airline that is already in danger of filing Chapter 11.
